From New Glasgow

  1. Follow the Trans-Canada Highway east (NS-104) to Antigonish.
  2. Take Exit 32.
  3. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit to Trunk 7 East. Travel under Hwy 104.
  4. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit to enter Antigonish.
  5. At the 3rd lights, turn right onto Main Street.
  6. Punta Cana Spa is located on the left, just past the Irving Gas Station.

From Port Hawkesbury

  1. Follow the Trans-Canada Highway west (NS-104) to Antigonish.
  2. Take Exit 32.
