1. Is massage painful?

Experiencing soreness post-massage is normal due to lactic acid release, but it typically subsides quickly. Discomfort may arise depending on the treated area and pressure applied. Feel free to request lighter pressure anytime!

2. Where is Punta Cana Spa located?

3. Should I see a Massage Therapist if I’m not in pain?

Absolutely! Massage therapy serves as an effective preventive treatment. Regular sessions can help lower cortisol and boost serotonin levels, promoting relaxation.

Additionally, massage loosens tight muscles, enhancing blood flow and potentially reducing blood pressure. 

4. How long is a massage?

We offer a variety of massage options ranging from 30 minutes to 90 minutes, adapting to your needs and preferences to provide you with the best relaxation and wellness experience possible. Choose the time that suits you best!

5. Is massage safe while pregnant?

The answer is yes, but to avoid risks, it is recommended to wait until the second trimester of pregnancy.

In fact, it is highly beneficial and recommended to treat the discomfort that appears during this period, with an effect similar to that felt with a relaxing massage.

6. What if I need the bathroom?

We recommend using the restroom before your session; however, if you need to go during the massage, please don’t hesitate to speak up.

Your relaxation is our priority, and holding it in can disrupt your experience. We’ll guide you to the bathroom promptly.

7. Is massage therapy covered by insurance?

We take direct payments through Telus and Blue Cross. This makes the process easier for our customers, ensuring a smoother and more convenient experience when accessing our massage services.

8. Do you offer massage gift cards?

Yes. We offer gift certificates.
